Cardio Cleaning Monday!
One of my biggest excuses to get out of exercise is that, if I’m going to carve 45 minutes or so out of my day, I might as well clean something. Then today, right in the middle of my Monday “quick cleaning” session, it dawned on me that I was already huffing, puffing and dripping sweat, just like I do when I work out!

You know come to think about it, that makes perfect sense. Seems like you do sweat when you get into house cleaning. I am trying to quit smoking, I almost had it licked last week, until the evening came around.
Talk about cardio, I stopped the weasing and then started right back up again. I am going to start over again on monday, need to take a few days to get over being mad about failing.

Quitting smoking is high on my list, too, although right now I’m more focused on losing weight. (The LAST thing I need is to tack on another 10 lbs to my current weight. *shudder*)
