Exercise At Your Desk
Ever considered that contemporary office furniture in your cubicle as your personal gym?
The Alberta Centre for Active Living offers four “yoga at your desk” videos. The routine is designed to counter the effects of sitting at your desk: sore shoulders, poor posture, weak back and abdominal muscles.
Each video is about the length of a coffee break, which means you’ll be too busy exercising to bother with the vending machines.

Hmmmm, I’m skeptical about this. I haven’t clicked the link to review the motions thoroughly yet, but I’m thinking this must apply to people who have their own offices.
I have such an open work environment (no cubicles), I think it would be quite distracting for my co-workers to see my voluptuousness attempting yoga moves at my desk!

LOL! I can just imagine my bra springing open at the most inopportune time during a yoga movement. Luckily, I work at home so there’s no one around to see me. Then again, since I DO work at home I’m usually bra-free.

I do get some funny mental images of me doing this at work… However, I’d probably give my co-workers a workout with all the laughing they’d be doing
