Elizabeth, it's <a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/redirect.html?ie=UTF8&location=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FStep-Aerobics-Gilad%2Fdp%2FB00030A5J8%3Fie%3DUTF8%26s%3Ddvd%26qid%3D1187015476%26sr%3D8-2&tag=electricvenom-20&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325" rel="nofollow">Step Aerobics with Gilad</a>. He's rather easy on the eyes, even if he's quite hard on the thighs.

Veronika, I don't blame you! Walking a dog's a great, natural way to get exercise in, anyway.

I don't do exercises anymore. Each time I try I end up hurting myself in one or another way. Last time I did exercise I broke three toes and I'm still recuperating from it. The time before I fell over a root sticking out on the walkway in my neighborhood park and sprain my ankle. So I had enough and only walk my dog twice a day. I figured, that should be enough, besides I’m on my feet all day long and have not much time to sit still unless I’m off work and sitting relaxing and knitting (which also uses calories) in my chair.

I love step aerobics, it's the closest I can come to actually feeling coordinated in any kind of way. Can you share the name of the DVD please?

Heh, two weeks ago I got into my head that I could do a massive amount of squats. Mind you, I hadn't done squats in literally years but that day I thought starting with 50 was reasonable. The next day my legs hurt and I walked like an constipated 90 year old. The day after that my legs REALLY HURT and I walked like the resurrected dead. It was awful and it took me a week to recover. I learned my lesson and I haven't worked out since. /jk
