Today while working out to a new exercise DVD (which I've already come to despise), my little boy joined me for the first round of squats and lunges. Then he just stopped and stared at the TV screen with what was decidedly an angry scowl.

Wish I could take credit for his outlook, but that's entirely how he is. As he says, Mommies are supposed to be "kinda squishy so they feel good to hug."

Ugh, squats! I feel ya', sister! It's taken me three days to recover from what I thought was a perfectly reasonable exercise session. Turns out the thighs can take a lot of punishment but they can dish it out, too!

Your son sounds fabulous! Whatever woman ends up with him will be a lucky woman if he holds on to realistic ideas of what a woman's body should look like. Good Chubby Mommy!

"Motivational skills" nuthin'. The kid's an exercise tyrant!

OTOH, I do believe felt something firmer underneath the cellulite on my thighs today. I poked at it, trying to find out if it was a muscle, and then nearly passed out from the pain.

I'm sore. I am sooooo sore.

Love it! Send him over this way to work out with me. I could use his motivational skills as well as that ego-soothing tendency. LOL
