I'm sort of a lurker, though I only found your blog about two weeks ago or so. I can totally relate to your experience! I'm also baffled as to why eating healthier is more expensive. Just like I wonder why all the latest and greatest safety features on vehicles are the most expensive options and not standard. One might think that if the convenience and knowledge is out there, it'd be made affordable and available to the average Joe.
