I wrote earlier about just how few calories are burned per hour whilst sitting at the computer. At the time, I hoped my body would comprehend the link between the minimal calories burned and the number of calories it seems to demand.

No such luck.

That's actually a great idea, MatzeGlatze, particularly since my legs are short enough that I wouldn't risk bumping my knees on the underside of the table. I'm pretty certain I've seen them on Amazon, too.

Thanks!

You have to do what's right for you, but my advice would also be don't have the surgery. I don't know of anyone, in real life or any celebrity, who has had weight loss surgery that worked permanently. And believe me, I know how much exercise sucks. I plan to do it every day, but don't. I don't know what the answer is, either.

Please don't go for the surgery. Weight loss surgeries mostly prove waste and there are side effects which trouble in the post operation period. My friend is suffering.

P.S: My first visit to ur blog. NIce blog and cool template.

See, I have too short of an attention span to be bulimic. I eat, then I forget to throw up.

Come to think of it... I know quite a few people who have had various different kinds of weight loss surgeries and none of them have had long term effects.

Don't do it. My brother-in-law did that one, lost weight, but is now in essence a bulimic. He still eats the same (the psychological conditioning didn't work) and basicaly vomits it all up because he eats too much. Nothing but problems afterwards, too.
